18/2 if you are a Company, these Terms of use, their subject matter and composition (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are subject to the law of Saudi Arabia. We agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

19. Prohibited Products, Shipping restrictions and responsibilities:

19/2 you agree and acknowledge our disclaimer at Jahzha or our website (jahzha.com) for any loss, damage or liability to the competent authorities either inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for damage or confiscation of the products classified as (prohibited Products).

19/3 it is our duty to report any activities related to the shipment or advertising of prohibited products through our website to the competent regulatory authorities both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to our shipping partners and we are entitled to suspend your account, without notifying you or taking your permission; this is in order to protect our reputation and the safety of our site from any abuses that may occur.

19/4 you understand and agree that some of our partners have special restrictions and conditions on the shipment of certain goods that may be hazardous or fall under certain categories requiring special procedures for shipment, and you must disclose to the representatives of these companies at your own risk the nature of the item you wish to ship; and check for any restrictions around them set out in the policies of these companies.

20. These Terms and conditions constitute an agreement between us in (jahzha.com) and you as a beneficiary of our Services and our failure to exercise or enforce any right we have under these Terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver.

21. In the event that any of the provisions of these Terms of use are deemed null and void by any of the competent courts, illegal or not in force, the cancellation of such coffee or condition of the Terms of use shall not affect the remaining terms agreed by you and shall remain in force.

Return period is 5 days from the date of issuance of the certificate.

The wallet recharge amount is non-refundable. Once you register and recharge the wallet, the balance must be used on the site for local and international recharge services according to the terms and conditions policy of the Jahza website.
